The beauty about having an unlimited metro card is the simple fact that at any moment, I could board a bus and just go somewhere. Days like today, where the weather is amazingly clear and the sky couldn’t be any bluer, when despite the clarity of everything around me, my mind is still a mess, it’s always the best feeling to just go. Just float by everything aimlessly with music in my ears, hoping that maybe the distance from my past will straighten out the mangled tangles of strings my head has created in a desperate attempt to hold on to something. And yet, I still find myself in these moments asking myself “where are you going?”.
